Lunch today was a weird mix of Indian and Mexican food. I made a potato curry, and put it in wraps together with fresh tomatos, cheese, bananas and salsa. Unconventional, and mighty tasty. :)

Lunch today consists of nachos with corned soy beans (meat substitute - mostly because it was free, but also to spare my sensitive vegetarian collegues), chopped pepper (mild), mushrom and apple. Heavily seasoned. Yum!

Lunch today consists of macaroni with fried onion and mushrooms, and tomatoes, black olives and feta. Yum!
