I finally got the TV tuner working. A key to this was finding out that the Deltaco usb tuner was in fact a rebranded part featuring the e3c ec168 chip. Also, the remote does not work yet - so we use the keyboard (which was the one in the house with the longest cord).

The TV and HMC with the DVB-T reciever plugged in.
